Every PureHaven cabin ships free to all 50 states. No freight surcharges. No fuel fees. No hidden charges at checkout. What you see is what you pay.
How It Works
We ship from multiple warehouse locations across the United States, which means your cabin departs from the facility closest to your delivery address. This keeps transit times short and reduces the handling your order goes through before it reaches your door.
Once your order is placed, here's what to expect:
Processing: 2–3 Business Days Every cabin is inspected and prepared before it leaves our warehouse. We take 2 to 3 business days to process your order, verify your delivery address, and dispatch your shipment. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your cabin is on its way.
Transit: 7–15 Business Days Delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location relative to our nearest warehouse. Customers on the West Coast and in the Mountain West generally receive orders toward the lower end of that range. Customers in the Northeast, Southeast, and Hawaii may see transit times closer to the upper end.
Total Timeline: 9–18 Business Days from Order From the moment you place your order to the moment your cabin arrives at your door, plan for 9 to 18 business days in total.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your cabin ships. Use it to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have questions about your shipment status at any point, our support team is available to help.
Delivery Details
Doorstep Delivery All orders are delivered to your doorstep or ground-floor entrance. Our carriers will bring your cabin to the door of your home or building. Delivery to upper floors or inside a specific room is not included in standard shipping but may be available as an add-on — contact us before ordering if you have specific delivery requirements.
Signature & Access Someone should be available to receive the delivery. If no one is present, the carrier will leave a notice and schedule a redelivery attempt. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and accessible before placing your order.
Packaging Every Haven cabin is packed to withstand long-distance freight. We use reinforced packaging and internal bracing designed specifically for our cabins. In the unlikely event that your order arrives with visible packaging damage, note it with the carrier before signing and contact us immediately.
Hawaii & Alaska
We ship to all 50 states, including Hawaii and Alaska. Delivery to these states ships free, though transit times may extend beyond the standard 7–15 business day window. We'll provide an accurate estimate at checkout based on your specific location.
APO/FPO & P.O. Boxes At this time, we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO military addresses or P.O. boxes due to the size and weight of our cabins. A valid residential or commercial street address is required.
Damaged or Missing Items
We inspect every cabin before it leaves our warehouse. Despite our care, damage during transit can occasionally occur. If your cabin arrives damaged:
- Note the damage with the delivery driver before signing for the shipment
- Take photos of the packaging and the affected components
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
We will arrange replacement parts or a full replacement shipment at no cost to you, depending on the nature of the damage. We do not require you to return a damaged cabin before we act.
Order Changes & Address Corrections
If you need to change your delivery address or make any modification to your order, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once a shipment has been dispatched from our warehouse, address changes may not be possible or may incur a carrier rerouting fee.
